The XP Lasi-Doku app is an app for any smartphone (Apple iOS and Google Android) for paperless documentation of business transactions.
The app is designed like a paper checklist, except you don't have to reach for pen and paper. All reports created on the smartphone are automatically transferred to your PC and can be viewed there.
You record data with the app (text and voice input), work through checklists with items you specify, take photos with the app as proof, and have the employee confirm the process with his or her signature on the smartphone display.
The app has a barcode and QR code scanner. This allows you to transfer data to the app without the need for an IT interface between the app and your software. Fileless data transfer with XP Work.
